Why I enjoy coaching: I love getting to know so many new people and the training groups are the perfect place to make that happen. I also love to see people grow both in their ability to run and in their self-confidence.
My favorite coaching moment: Watching participants cross the finish line at a race when 12 weeks earlier they could never have envisioned it. They are so excited when they complete a new distance.
What motivates me to run: Running with friends and groups helps me feel motivated to run. The fact that I am keeping myself healthy and feeling great doesn’t hurt.
My proudest personal achievement: Setting a new personal record at a recent half marathon.
