You know you track workouts help you get that PR, right?
A great way to reach your pace goals in running is speed work on the track once a week. Southwest Endurance Training includes weekly track workouts for participants in our 10k, 13.1, 26.2 and SWEThogs training programs. Our track workouts meet not only on the track, but also on some of Tucson’s hills for hill training.
If one of our training groups is not right for you, or you wish to train on your own, we offer a stand-alone track program if you want to join our groups for just the track night. Track meets once a week and focuses on pacing, speed, strength, development and running form. The group meets on Wednesdays at 6 p.m. at two locations; Northwest Tucson (serving Oro Valley and Marana) and East Tucson.
