Power-Walking Group Training

This program is a 12 week POWER WALKING training program designed for people of all ages and fitness levels who want to gradually ease into running by walking first OR for those who want to improve their power walking skills. This is also a great group for runners who are returning from an injury.

This group meets once a week, with participants power-walking on their own two more days a week. We meet on Thursday evenings at 6 pm at various locations around Tucson.
