If you’re ready to get answers and want to take your running to the next level, the Be a Better Runner Workshop is for you. Over the course of two ½-days, you’ll learn everything from proper form to nutritional considerations to injury prevention. For over a decade, Jeanne and Pete Snell have coached the largest and most respected training groups in Southern Arizona while owners of Fleet Feet Tucson. With the Be a Better Runner Workshop, they are offering you the same in-depth education provided to their training group participants — from 5K to Marathon level — all in one weekend! The Snells, along with other local experts, will provide you with a wealth of individualized training information in a fun, relaxed and interactive setting.
